All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping (Eco-Friendly Route) on all orders within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time: 10 - 15 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package's journey directly through our website.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily focus on the US market. For international inquiries, please contact our support team.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EcoPaws Play is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Unexpected Delays
In some instances, delivery may take longer than the stated estimated time frames. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking exceptionally long to arrive.
